Washington-only history
Washington State Patrol WATCH includes convictions, arrests under one year old with pending dispositions, and registered sex/kidnap offender information. Public results exclude vacated cases, sealed records and misdemeanor traffic violations. Each name search costs $11 regardless of outcome; an online notary request costs $15.
Read the WATCH result label before drawing a conclusion

Use the court reference to obtain the actual filed document
The Washington Courts name-and-case service is a separate court-information tool. It updates every 24 hours at 3 a.m. and expressly distinguishes its reference information from the official court record.

Identify the court and case
Save the court name and full case reference from the result. A recent filing may not yet appear in the daily update; keep that timing in mind when checking a new event.

Specify the document you need
Use the case reference to ask for the judgment, disposition or particular filing. The statewide search site does not provide copies of case-file documents.

Order through the court of record
Contact the court maintaining the official record and confirm available format and copy charges. When a recipient needs an issued court document, provide that requested output rather than a printout of search reference information.
